BURSITIS, TENDINITIS: are inflammatory diseases of the tissues that are located around the joints such as muscles and tendons, whose symptoms are pain, swelling and limitation in the extent of joint movements. They are often a result of injuries sustained during sports activities. The pressure on the affected area almost always cause a sharp pain.
USEFUL PLANTS: Arnica montana (Arnica), Boswellia serrata (Boswellia), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Harpagophytum procumbens (Devil’s claw), Ribes nigrum (blackcurrant), Salix alba (Willow), Uncaria tomentosa (Cat’s claw)

FIBROCYSTIC MASTOPATHY: it consists in the appearance, within the mammary gland, of nodules of fibrous tissue more or less large and more or less numerous, quite benign in nature. This disorder is particularly common in women aged between 40 and 50 years. Often the presence of these nodules cause a sense of tension and sometimes painful breast.

USEFUL PLANTS: Cimicifuga racemosa (Black cohosh), Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose), Vitex agnus castus (Chasteberry).
