THRAUMATOLOGIC INJURIES: are very common in people who practice sports, both amateur both at a competitive level. In the affected area the painful is usually strong also for a slight pressure, accompanied by a temporary functional impotence. It can also affect people who does not practice sports, which can suffer trauma for many different events (domestic trauma, accidental falls, car and motorcycle accidents etc..).
USEFUL PLANTS: Arnica montana (Arnica), Boswellia serrata (Boswellia), Harpagophytum procumbens (Devil’s claw), Salix alba (Willow).
OSTEOPOROSIS: is a very common disease, typical of the female sex since the onset of menopause, characterized by a slow but gradual reduction of bone mass. Hence osteoporosis can cause a progressive increase in bone fragility with susceptibility to pathological fractures, ie those that occur even for minor trauma, or spontaneous fractures, that is, those that occur even for minor impacts. The main cause is the lack of estrogens typical of menopause. In fact estrogens are very important to ensure the necessary strength to the bone.
